WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

Helpmate Association

Effective Date: 10/20/2026

1. General Website Use

Welcome to the website of Helpmate Association (the "Association").

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") establish general conditions applicable to accessing and using the Association's website, including its public pages, electronic forms, account functions, informational content, and related website features.

Visitors and users are encouraged to review these Terms, the Legal Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy before using the website or submitting information. Where affirmative agreement is required, acceptance may be obtained through an appropriate electronic acknowledgment or other authorized method.

These Terms concern general website use and do not independently establish Private Membership, authorization to access Association Resources, or acceptance of a separate Association agreement.

2. Website Information and Content

Website content is provided for general informational, introductory, educational, and administrative purposes.

The Association endeavors to present useful and accurate information; however, content may be updated, corrected, modified, or discontinued as appropriate.

General website information, service descriptions, resource listings, project explanations, and references to possible opportunities do not independently constitute a guarantee, approval, recommendation, offer, contractual commitment, or promise of a particular outcome.

Where a specific service or project is undertaken, its applicable scope, responsibilities, requirements, and instructions are governed by the relevant written agreement and authorized communications.

Additional limitations concerning informational content and reliance are addressed in the Legal Disclaimer.

3. Private Membership and Restricted Access

Certain website areas, resources, services, and activities are reserved for individuals or entities who satisfy the Association's applicable membership and authorization requirements.

Submitting a form, requesting information, creating an account, receiving correspondence, or accessing a public website page does not independently establish formal Private Membership or authorization to participate in restricted activities.

Formal membership status is determined by the Association in accordance with its Private Member Agreement & Non-Disclosure Terms ("PMA") and applicable acceptance procedures.

Specific activities may also be governed by the Association Resource Access, Use & Authorization Agreement ("ARAA"), a Private Service Agreement ("PSA"), the Opportunity Participant Agreement ("OPA-2"), or another applicable written agreement.

Each such agreement governs its respective subject matter. These Website Terms are not intended to replace, amend, supersede, expand, or diminish the rights or obligations established under those agreements.

4. Website Accounts and Acceptable Use

Users are responsible for exercising reasonable care in protecting their account credentials and preventing unauthorized access.

Users shall not:

  • Access or attempt to access restricted website areas without authorization.

  • Share restricted account credentials with unauthorized persons.

  • Misrepresent their identity or provide materially false information.

  • Interfere with website operations, security measures, or electronic systems.

  • Copy, distribute, or commercially exploit protected website content without appropriate authorization.

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

The Association may restrict, suspend, or discontinue website access where reasonably necessary and consistent with applicable agreements and law.

5. Website Forms and Voluntary Submissions

The Association's website forms request specified personal identification and contact information, as applicable, including first name, last name, email address, telephone number, street or mailing address, city, state, and ZIP code.

Individuals are responsible for providing accurate information through the applicable form fields.

Any additional personal information independently included in a written response, optional field, attachment, or other voluntary submission beyond what the Association expressly requests is provided at the individual's own initiative and is not specifically solicited through those fields.

The receipt, use, handling, and protection of information submitted through the website are addressed in the Association's Privacy Policy and, where applicable, its governing agreements.

Receipt of a website submission does not independently confirm membership approval, service acceptance, resource authorization, or approval to participate in an opportunity. Any obligations arising through a separately applicable agreement remain governed by that agreement.

6. Intellectual Property and Website Materials

Unless otherwise identified, original website text, graphics, designs, and other protected content created or owned by the Association remain the property of the Association or their respective rights holders.

Unauthorized reproduction, republication, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of protected website content is prohibited, except as authorized or permitted by applicable law.

These general website restrictions do not independently determine ownership of Member-provided materials, Association Resources, third-party materials, or deliverables prepared under a separate engagement.

Such ownership, licenses, permissions, access rights, and use restrictions are governed by the applicable PMA, ARAA, PSA, other written agreement, or authorization.

7. External Websites and Third-Party Services

The website may contain links to external websites, payment platforms, communication systems, scheduling services, resources, or other third-party services.

These external services may be governed by separate terms, privacy practices, and operating procedures.

Providing a link, introduction, or access to third-party information does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or assumption of responsibility for an independent third party's activities.

Where the Association has expressly undertaken particular administrative, coordination, or other responsibilities through an applicable written agreement, those responsibilities remain governed by that agreement.

8. Website Availability and Legal Disclaimer

The Association seeks to maintain reasonable website functionality but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, or freedom from technical errors or temporary interruptions.

Website functions may be modified, maintained, suspended, or updated as reasonably necessary.

The separate Legal Disclaimer addresses additional matters concerning informational reliance, website content, third-party information, representations, and limitations.

Nothing in these Website Terms excludes responsibilities or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Updates to Website Terms

The Association may revise these Terms to reflect changes in website functions, operations, administrative practices, or applicable requirements.

The current version will be identified by its effective date.

Any changes requiring additional notice or affirmative acceptance will be handled as required by applicable law.

Revisions to these Website Terms do not independently amend or replace any PMA, ARAA, PSA, OPA-2, or other separately applicable agreement. Amendments to those agreements remain subject to their respective provisions and applicable law.
